Our ambition is to encourage students to develop the skills and motivation to assume high-level responsibilities in dynamic companies operating internationally. For this reason, our Master in Management (ESC Graduate Programme) involves a broad core curriculum enhanced by a structured series of options. This ‘mix’ serves as a springboard to managerial responsibilities. The mix goes beyond a simple choice of options, as students are able to structure their projects around visible learning ‘tracks’ or ‘special programs’ that bring added value to their professional expertise.

MULTICULTURAL TRAINING

The School trains multinational and multicultu ral managers open to the international world, thanks to a 6 months stay abroad and the great diversity of students to be found in the School, which today hosts more than 50 nationalities.
Volunteer actions, humanitarian or social projects also create pilots of change who will be the vectors of certain ethical and human values.
