- Since 1994 - : Multicultural management consulting and continuing education for companies such as AIRBUS, ALCATEL Space, British Aerospace, EADS, ICL Europe, Paribas, SIEMENS AG, France Telecom, Oracle ...- 2000 : Strategic consultant (in cooperation with RICE University, Houston USA), for the opening of the International University Bremen (IUB), a private German University, now Jacobs University.
- 1994 - 1997 : Doctoral thesis research with SIEMENS AG, Munich, on European management decision- making through the budgeting process, by audit of the latter using the Group's companies in six countries.

Research Activities
Research projects funded by external sources :Host of the 4th EIASM (The European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management) Research Workshop on International Strategy and Cross-Cultural Management, 29-30 September 2006. Organizing and hosting the Workshop at Toulouse Business School during two days in September 2006, I was able to obtain 10,000 € by Airbus as corporate gift plus sponsorship of a visit of the manufacturing facilities (A380) for attendees prior to the conference as well as a distinguished Executive speaker for a key-note address.
2003-2005 Researcher in the project “International Mobility of high potential knowledge workers and corporate human resource policy” Principal: European Aeronautics Defence and Space Company (EADS).
