Work placements & professionalization

Each year, all the students have to complete a work placement in a company.
Over the course as a whole, this represents a minimum of 8 months work placement: 2 months in the 1st year, 3 months in the 2nd year and 3 months at the end of the 3rd year.
In reality, most students go beyond these obligations and spend on average 11 months in work placements.

1st year
Obligatory minimum duration: 2 months (June & July)
Average duration observed: 3 months
Nature of the work placement: Negotiation, sales

2nd year
Obligatory minimum duration: 4 months (in a company abroad)
Average duration observed: 4 ½ months
Nature of the work placement: Thanks to a clearly identified assignment, the student tackles in an operational manner one of the 6 areas of management taught.

3rd year
Obligatory minimum duration: 3 months (April-May-June)
Average duration observed: 6 months for students who wish to enter the working world after the programme and 4 ½ months for those wishing to pursue their studies.
Nature of the work placement: Show your capacity for analysis and operational competence, validate your professional project and find your 1st job.

Assistance
From the beginning to the end of the programme, each student is given help (if desired) finding the right work placement for them and their project. In reality, all students make use of this assistance.
In the 2nd year, the personal development module of the BACHELOR, identical to that of the Grande Ecole of the Toulouse Business School Group, is open to all participants (online tests + tests in real-life conditions + individual meetings between each student and their trainer).

Finally, the BACHELOR internet site receives 4 100 work placement offers a year, and each 3rd year student receives 400 work placement offers.
