Objectives | To gain the ability to step back and think strategically and the essential lucidity to conduct business. The participants become aware of their capability to "master their destinies" and of having taken the time to build "distinctive and sustainable competitive advantages" to better develop their personal and professional life. To transfer to the company, throughout the training, the strategic and managerial skills acquired by the leader. To drive and validate the training, each participant develops a vision of choice and focus on his company. Contents | To access to the global vision of the company and to the strategic decision requires from the executive operational mastering of the functions of the company and an updated knowledge of its environment. To go from the decision to the implementation of an action plan implies to make choices, to anticipate and to lead one's teams into change management. Diploma | This training leads to the issuing of CPA diploma by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, also of an AMP (Advanced Management Program) certificate by Toulouse Business School accredited by EQUIS -- AMBA - AACB. The CPA's degree of managerial capacity is highest level of professional training. |
Ethical responsibility | The CPA aims to develop a new generation of leaders who focus on their actions, the need to create economic value, even more to bring visible, legible and usable values in the business to ensure the human development. The ethical development is well beyond an up-to-date phenomenon. It follows the need to reintroduce the prospective human enterprise and to allow his players to give back meaning to main concepts: customer service, cooperation, sharing of values such as courage and humility. |
International | Priority is put on the international dimension of business life; indeed the teaching content has been voluntarily oriented to development sets of problems in a globalized context. Study missions abroad are organized. As part of the training, the CPA holds two sessions, one in Europe and one in Asia. |
Network | The CPA Network is in close relationship with the Alumni Association that counts nearly 10 000 members. They hold strategic positions in French and foreign companies and also form a highly recognized network of competences. This association brings together groups of professionals organized by trades in order, to facilitate exchanges between professionals sharing the same concerns. |
