The aim of the 3 year ESC Graduate Program is to develop future business managers and leaders.
Through a stimulating mix of practical and theoretical approaches, enriched by in-company training periods, the program seeks to enable graduates to become internationaly oriented 'change agents' with a broad, humanist vision of the management profession.

The mission of the ESC Graduate Program is to develop young managers capable of becoming future leaders, ready to rapidly assume positions of responsibility in companies and to be agents of change.

Our graduates should:

    • display personal profiles and technical skills that meet the needs of companies
    • demonstrate a variety of motivation, personal skills and academic and operational experiences that ensure a generalist approach to managerial responsability
    • be able to assume a whole range of responsabilities ranging from operational ones (team or profit center management) to staff duties such as the elaboration of strategic reports or the analysis and appraisal of different approaches
    • be able of assuming these duties in :
      all sectors of the economy
      all management, marketing and sales, and accounting and control functions
      all types of company structure: start-up, small business, multinational corporation, etc.
      France and abroad
    • be able to remain reactive to change throughout their careers. The program's approach, through the fostering of broad-based intellectual, managerial and leadership skills, aims to provide a solid basis for life-long learning and the acquisition of transferable skills.
