To develop managers capable of assuming leadership in companies and pilot change
Our ambition is to encourage students to develop the skills and motivation to assume high-level responsibilities in dynamic companies operating internationally . For this reason, the ESC Graduate Program involves a broad core curriculum enhanced by a structured series of options. This 'mix' serves as a springboard to managerial responsibilities. The mix goes beyond a simple choice of options, as students are able to structure their projects around visible learning 'tracks' or 'special programs' that bring added value to their professional expertise.
