PRISMA project offers Midi-Pyrenean SMEs the opportunity to integrate a business model based on Corporate and Social Responsibility criteria, through:
- Information on the benefits resulting from the introduction of a CSR style of management for a SME
- An evaluation of the situation for each company regarding CSR
- The integration of CSR indicators in SME management
- The implementation of concrete actions with the support of an external team.PRISMA project is funded by the European programme INTERREG III B.

Consult in EuropeThe research and development project Consult in Europe financed with the support of the European Commission Leonardo da Vinci Programme, was launched in Toulouse the 9 and 10 October 2006 with 14 partners representing 9 countries (Belgium, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom).
Promoted and coordinated by the Centre for European Research in Employment and Human Resources (CREER) of Toulouse Business School , the project entailed an innovative partnership between the Management Consulting sector and specialists in education and training.
The current situation shows that there is an insufficient training offer available and adapted to the needs of senior employees (45 years and above) who wish to build on their work experience and start a new career as consultant. In response to these specific needs, the project was focused on two main objectives: developing and piloting training programms at the European level.
A new Management Consulting MBA developed by Toulouse Business School in collaboration with SYNTEC Management Consulting has been one opportunity for the experimentation of the long training course.
On the basis of a previous crossed analysis of consulting firms and seniors needs, six modules have been developed:
1. Knowledge of consulting environment,
2. Client needs analysis and building the offer
3. Costumer relations
4. Business process and change management
5. Complex project management
6. Knowledge management and strategic competence
The results of this project including the results of the experimentation made in 3 European countries (France, Ireland and Romania), have been presented in Toulouse on 26th September 2008.
This project has been funded with support from the European Commission. For more information contact:
