Work, Employment and Health Group
work employment and health.pdf
|
This group is focused on international comparative research on work, employment and health. At the macroeconomic level, projects concern European employment policy and the labour market, restructuring and industrial relations. On the microeconomic level, projects focus on the development of occupations and competences, work organization and vocational training. The themes of diversity, equality, multicultural management and corporate social responsibility are studied in terms of both policy and practice. Health as a research theme is addressed at two levels: health at the workplace and healthcare as an industry. |
