    • DRAC: Performance indicators of French National Drama Centers: how they are applied and used

The "New Management Practices" Research Group received funding from the Midi-Pyrénées Regional Directorate for Cultural Affairs (DRAC) to conduct a study into the manner in which the performance indicators of French National Drama Centers (CDN) are applied and used. The study covers the period from November 2011 to September 2012. The goal is to identify the indicators actually applied for managing the centers and examine how they are used by the different stakeholders.

    • Quantitative analysis of non-technical obstacles to innovation: the case of aerospace companies in the Midi-Pyrénées region

The "Marketing Internet and Communication" Research Group received funding from the Midi-Pyrénées Regional Council to conduct a quantitative analysis of non-technical obstacles to innovation among aerospace companies in the Midi-Pyrénées region. The study covers the period from January 2012 to November 2012. A better understanding of the non-technical obstacles to innovation will improve the management and efficiency of regional policies supporting innovation.

    • SNOVE: Supporting the Needs of Older, Vulnerable Employees

The "Work, Employment and Health" Research Group is a partner of the SNOVE Project funded by the European "Leonardo da Vinci Programme", from October 2011 to October 2013. The project's goal is to redefine the concepts put in place by the GFTU (General Federation of Trade Unions) for supporting the needs of older and vulnerable employees, nearing retirement or unemployed, in conjunction with four European partners. The aim is to develop a comprehensive training program for developing professional skills and new job-search techniques. The deliverable is aimed at all unions and employment organizations.

    • DEVAPPRENT: Development of apprenticeship in Lithuania

The "Work, Employment and Health" Research Group is a partner of the DEVAPPRENT Project funded by the European "Leonardo da Vinci Programme", from November 2010 to October 2012.
This project aims to develop apprenticeship in Lithuania, based on good practices in France, Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. The project also aims to make apprenticeship more attractive and accessible for young people. It is coordinated by the ITB Research Group at the University of Bremen, Germany.

    • KPMG: Management dashboards for SMEs

The "New Management Practices" Research Group at Toulouse Business School signed an agreement with "KPMG Entreprises" to observe practices and monitor academic developments concerning management dashboards adapted to SMEs. Project duration: from January 2007 to December 2012. The project's goal is to design a specific dashboard for this type of company.

    • ANR Company restructuring and its impact on health

The "Employment and Health Organizations and Systems" Research Group at Toulouse Business School signed an agreement with the French National Research Agency (ANR), running from January 2009 to June 2011, for a project concerning company restructuring and its impact on health at work.
There are three objectives:
- to complement research in the field of occupational health in the Midi-Pyrénées region
- to drive strategic debate in order to identify new research subjects,
- to review research in the field of corporate restructuring and work organization, and the effects on health, on a regional, national and European level.
